Human and environment friendly building
Place Eleven is absolutely unique and one in a kind building in Latvia, that first and foremost represents accessibility and comfort to every single visitor and building user and responsible approach to environment. According to Client’s initiative, the building had to comply with the BREEAM standards during the design, construction and exploitation stage. Afterwards, building received rating “very good”, that makes it the very first Latvian office center that meets the highest international standards. Also, the project won the title of “The Most Sustainable Project in Latvia 2015” in annual contest of sustainable buildings in Latvia.
Numbers and accessibility

In order to provide equal accessibility level to every single user, 323 parking places, including those for electric cars and persons with disabilities, 79 bike racks have been made as well. During the project, Strandeck performed structural design and installation of post-tensioning technology in interfloor slabs, that allowed to reach maximum architectural and economical advantages throughout the design and construction stages.
